Funmi Iyanda looked amazing at the 51st Monte Carlo Television Festival Awards which took place in Monaco on the 10th June 2011.
She was nominated for the 'Best News Documentary' category for 'Lagos Stories' which is an episode of her 3-part documentary 'My Country Nigeria'. She attended the festival alongside a delegation from the Lagos State Ministry of Tourism which included Mr. Ilemakin Soyinka, Director of the Lagos State Film Office, Mr. Ashamu Fadipe, Permanent Secretary Lagos State Ministry of Tourism,Mr. Dapo Awobotu, Executive Secretary Lagos State Films and Censors Board. Also in attendance was Mr. Chris Dada who is co-producer and director of ‘Lagos Stories’.Looking good Missy!
