Hello peoples

Honestly, I've been wanting to blog since last week but topics keep coming into my mind and then flying away - busy schedule.

Anyways, hope you all are good?

I've been trying to catch up and I've noticed a few people are not on blogger anymore e.g. Ibhade (Simply mee) (man I enjoyed reading her stories but can't read them anymore now) and a few others.

I've been on twitter for a long time (a year-ish) but I pushed it aside just because..........
Anyways, I'm on twitter (sounds cheesy right? yeah) so you can click the follow button (@mizzitee) - don't hate on a sister, she's kinda new to it so be warm instead gracias.

Anyways, this happened a long long time ago. about 6 weeks ago.

I was heading to class and I saw this elderly man trying to cross over to the other side of the road. I looked down to get something from my purse and the next second all I heard was 'slam bang slam!!! he was down along with a cyclist.

 Blood in the middle of the road, traffic all the way - traffic was crayzeeeee.

This other lady was shouting at the other person who was speaking to the emergency service and they were almost about to have a mini mini catfight (I think). They sorted themselves out. Ladies rock!

 

I was shocked!! I yelled Jesus which became my anthem- there were people all around him already so there were lots of people around to help him while they awaited the ambulance. Heaven knows where the cyclist came from.

Luckily, the cyclist was alright.

He was taken away by the medics.....

I walked into my class and the scene kept playing in my head. Still dazed I kept my cool throughout the class.

The following day, the class was about a similar situation and I just thought to myself 'how great'!

Fast forward to weeks after, I saw this man walking slowly across AGAIN - once a soldier, always a soldier right? in this case, once a 'crosser', always a 'crosser'. I just was thankful he made it. Thought he was gone!

Being that I don't know him personally, I can't and could not say anything to him about it so I hushed but seriously  talk about brave - God you are fabulous! The bestestest!!

I'm thankful for the anonymous a.k.a man I don't know personally 's life.

These days I am so conscious of cyclists that I look in the side and rear mirror even when not driving, I check the corners cyclists can squeeze through when I'm walking. You just never know when they are flying down the hills, squeezing past traffic and all that! It is well

What's up with having to pay £3000 to visit the UK? Really??

Dear lovely readers and followers and fellow bloggers

I definitely cannot pretend I've not been MIA for *checks previous post* 5 months*.

I am really sorry (again), no seriously I am sorry believe me ;-)

My to-do list (yes I use to-do lists pretty much all the time -gist), okay where was I? Oh yes my to-do list is always long and whenever I manage to cut it down and tick some things off so I can actually blog, another bunch of tasks push blogging down the list. Anyway not that my list is very short now but I moved blogging up the list by force. It's 6.20am so why not!

I just had to explain myself because you know I had to hence the story above.

Moving on, how are you all doing and I can't believe it's June already. Thank you Jesus *Taraji's voice*

 A huge thank you to people that dropped me a message to check up on moi and to say hello e.g Priscy and Toinlicious. You guys are amazing, God bless you real good for moi.

My story of the moment, I met someone yes someone......a friend. 

I can't really divulge much about this person because they would like to remain anonymous but yea here we go.

I met Z on my 'journey', Z and I clicked almost immediately regardless of the huge age difference. We spoke about so much even though I mostly sat and listened, I did chip in here and there. Z shared memories but yet was still careful because we only just met. As time progressed, that became a thing of the past. Z advised, warned me to learn from own errors and often times talked so much to the point that leaving to go do other things was a task. 

Z was really upset by some kinda weird noise on one occasion and I was dazed at the Jackie Chan stunt that was used to stop the noise. I stood there and watched with such amazement but hey we all have our inner Jackie. Ps. I realised that Jackie Chan is about a year younger than his wife Ling (that's her name right? :-/ I think so) and why is that news Tee?

Back to Z, sometimes I stayed away just for the sake of it and to give Z some space but I don't think that went down well with Z. Sometimes I had to explain that I haven't been around and bla bla and then that sarcastic 'really' is let out and I put a funny face on. 

Z is still around and although we don't get to chill as much anymore because hey busy and so very different schedules. I still have a few point from Z in my head.

Here are a few things for you

- Don't give up on what you've been working so hard on, you'll arrive at your expected result soon

- Don't be shy to ask questions, it makes you much more acceptable in some kinda way

- Don't be afraid to speak your mind

- Careful not to break too many hearts, try not to break any if you can

- You can't satisfy everyone, even yourself at times 

- Love, love and love some more

- Learn from others and of course work on yourself

Z is not a tutor or a motivational speaker...., we did talk about some old British stuff too but I don't want to bore you with all of those. 

Let's just say the UK was fun in the thirties and forties. There I was sat thinking 19..s was fun, it was to us at the time.

I really wish I could share more but......

Happy New Year Everyone! + Back again

I know I know.
I've been away for way too long.  Not good, especially when I am pretty new on blogger, well kind of.
Moving in swiftly, I am very sorry!

Hello everyone. Been too too long.

Phew! 2012 has gone gone gone. Was it wearing roller skates ? I realised that each time I thought of my blog, one task or  more will come to mind making me unable to blog .
Anyway, that has be broken sorta.

Is it me or the economy is really really somehow? Roads that used to be so smooth that you'll feel like tyres are not even rolling now have holes I and when I say holes I mean ..... Even when they are filled, in a week or less its as though nothing was done. Please help us beg the people in charge of the country to release some funds.

Another random bit
What can you do to overly inquisitive people?
This is when you cannot say shut up directly?
I need ideas please because I just might need it soon.

It's obvious I did not plan this post. I just had this urge to blog about something right quick.
I won't be away for this long again. I will try try try

Hope you are doing good? Let me act like I have not been away for too long......okay I'm sorry I really am. Please don't give up on Missy Tee.....

Quickly;
So I met one particular person in September and honestly I cannot believe how amazing Nigerians could be at times.
Being me I regard him as a friend which he is obviously and nothing else. He started bugging me all in the name of wanting to be friends and some of my other friends came to me asking if he has been pestering me too because he has been on their necks too.
Anyway this person has been trying to over familiarise which sometimes is unhealthy yea unhealthy.
He was becoming too overbearing and I decided to 'block' him meaning give him the 'dude chill' gesture somehow somehow.

He confronted me one day and said 'I do know he is married and all that and he has a pretty wife' so  shouldn't think he is thinking otherwise or something. I looked at him and simply gave me the appropriate response and left his presence so he is now trying to reconcile somewhat because he literally jumped the gun......typical!!

Ladies and gentlemen, that was where he completely shocked me! First up, who thinks about that in 2012? Certainly NOT me! Again he is married, double reason for me not to think so.
My lovely friend has been avoiding him too so she literally prays and tells me to wish her luck so she doesn't run into him......

We are coursemates by the way! *double deep sigh*

Some people need to change their thinking!!

I shall be back again when 'skuwl' permits.
